4.8. PPPoE Configuration
To enter the PPPoE configuration select the PPPoE menu item. If the Create PPPoE
connection option is selected, the router tries to establish PPPoE connection after switching-
on. In this window it is possible to define Username, Password, authenticate protocol
(Authentication).
•
MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit) – it is the identifier of the maximum size of
packet, which is possible to transfer in given environment.
•
MRU (Maximum Receiving Unit) – it is the identifier of the maximum size of packet,
which is possible to recese in given environment.
Default value is set to 1492 bytes. Other settings may cause incorrect data transmission.
