ABOUT THESE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
These operating instructions must always be available at the place of use of the
CLEAR BOX.
These operating instructions should make it easier to become familiar with the CLEAR BOX and allow you
to use it for its intended applications.
The operating instructions contain important information so that you can use the CLEAR BOX safely, pro-
fessionally and economically. They contain basic information that must be observed during installation, op-
eration and maintenance.
Observance of this information will help to avoid dangers, reduce repair costs and increase the reliability
and service life of the CLEAR BOX.
The operating instructions must be read by each person charged with working on the CLEAR BOX, e.g. for:
/ Installation,
/ Operation,
/ Maintenance (service, inspection, repair).
Installation and maintenance must only be performed by personnel who have been authorised by the man-
ufacturer to do so, i.e. who are able to fulfil the instructions referred to in the installation and operating in-
structions as well as country-specific regulations.
Alongside the operating instructions and the legal regulations applicable in the country and place of use in
respect of accident prevention, the recognised technical regulations for safe and professional work must
be observed.
Therefore, these operating instructions must be read by the installer and the responsible technical person-
nel/operators prior to installation, commissioning and maintenance.

GENERAL
2.1
APPLICATION
The CLEAR BOX provides a data connection to one or more water treatment devices via the home’s router
(access point).
2.2
FUNCTION
CONEL CLEAR water treatment devices can be operated via an app. Using the CLEAR BOX, a connection
is made between the devices and the internet (see chapter 5 “OPERATION OF CLEAR WATER TREAT-
MENT DEVICES BY APP”):
