In the last window select the “
Use the following IP address
” radio button.
•
Enter the proper TCP/IP address, subnet mask and default gateway in the specified fields.
•
To fill out the rest of the fields, follow the advice of the network administrator.
•
Click on the “
OK
” button. The “
Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties
“ window will close.

Close the rest of the windows.
In order for the changes just made to take effect, you will have to reboot the appliance. To reboot the appliance follow these steps:
•
Select the “
Start\Shutdown …
” menu item. The “
Shutdown Window
” window appears.
•
Select the “
Restart
” option from the drop down menu.
•
Click the “
OK
” button. The appliance will restart. It will take a few minutes for the appliance to become available.
3.2 Creating the Backup Account
Please follow the procedure using Microsoft administrative tools to create an account to backup from different machines.

A manual backup is defined as the operation of taking the contents of one (1) or more folder(s) and copying them into one (1) or more
CD / DVD volumes.
