SLEEPING
Algorithm
This option is not in use at the moment.
Source
The data source to be used to define the sleeping state.
N of Previous
Epochs
The number of previous epochs to be considered in the
algorithm to determine the state of the current epoch.
N of Post Epochs
The number of post epochs to be considered in the
algorithm to determine the state of the current epoch.
Positive
Re-Scoring
The Positive Re-Scoring is used to determine how many
followed epochs will be considered to the algorithm
determine that the state has changed.
Negative
Re-Scoring
The Negative Re-Scoring is also used to determine how
many followed epochs will be considered to the
algorithm determine that the state has changed.
P
The P is a constant used to multiply the epochs.
E
Each "E" value corresponds to the weight of each epoch
that will be used in the algorithm. The "E0" value
corresponds the weight of the current epoch.
These options are used in the Cole-Kripke algorithm and the Custom
algorithm. Detailed explanations about these parameters can be found in the
following work: "Automatic sleep/wake identification from wrist activity" [1].

Condor Instruments
: this option will define the bed
time and get up time based on the selected algorithm
(base state) and the Condor Instruments algorithm.
