4.Using your netbook adapter
4.1
Select your voltage range
Before you can use your netbook adapter, you need to select the correct voltage range with the voltage
selector [
C
] of the netbook adapter. Below you see a close-up of the voltage selector:
You can select the following voltage ranges:
9.5V
Suitable for all netbooks with the following input voltages:
8.5V – 9V –
9.5V – 10V – 10.5V
12V
Suitable for all netbooks with the following input voltages:
11.5V – 12V –
12.5V
Select the voltage range for your netbook:
Pull the voltage selector.
Rotate the voltage selector to the correct voltage range.
Push the voltage selector back to the original position.
4.2
Power your netbook
When you have set the correct voltage range, you can start using the netbook adapter to charge your
netbook.
Connect the netbook adapter cable with the connected tip to the DC input of your netbook.
Connect the power cable to the AC input of the netbook adapter and to a free wall outlet.
The power LED on the netbook adapter will turn on, indicating that the netbook adapter is in use.
Your netbook is now powered by the netbook adapter and your netbook battery is being charged.
