USER MANUAL
Before first use
Before first use you should wipe the outside and inside of the appliance with a damp cloth for hygiene reasons.
Ventilation mode
The extracted air is discharged through the flexible outlet duct to the ventilation shaft out of the room. If the appliance
is equipped with a carbon filter,
remove it
(see chapter Cleaning and Maintenance).
1. Use the button (2) to select the desired level of the extracted air output.
2. Press the button (1) to turn the ventilation off.
Recirculation mode
If there is no possibility of discharging the extracted air out of the room, you can use the recirculation mode. In this
case, the extracted air is filtered
through the metal filters and the carbon filter
. An active carbon in this filter
absorbs the smell. Air, free from odours, flows back into the room through openings situated in the front cover of the
appliance's body. When the recirculation mode is used,
it is necessary to purchase and install the appropriate
carbon filters
(see chapter Cleaning and Maintenance).
1. Use the button (2) to select the desired level of the extracted air output.
2. Press the button (1) to turn the ventilation off.
Note:
When the recirculation mode is used (carbon filter installed), the extracted air output can drop.
