Do not repair or disassemble the air conditioning unit yourself. Unauthorized repair will void the warranty and may result
in failure, injury, and property damage. Use the appliance only in accordance with the instructions in this user manual
and only carry out the activities recommended here.

The electricity is not switched on.
After connecting to the mains, switch on
the appliance.
The overflow indicator light shows “FL”.
Drain the water from the inner tank.
The ambient temperature is too low or
too high.
Use the appliance only in the
temperature range 7-35 °C (44-95 °F).
In cooling mode, the room temperature
is lower than the set temperature; in
heating mode, the room temperature is
higher than the set temperature.
Change the temperature setting.
In dehumidification mode, the ambient
temperature is low.
The appliance is located in a room with
an ambient temperature higher than
17 °C (62 °F).
The cooling effect is not
good
Direct sunlight.
Use curtains to reduce direct sunlight.
Doors or windows are open. Many
people are present or there are
other heat sources in the room (e.g.
refrigerator) in cooling mode.
Close doors and windows, increase air
conditioning unit performance.
The filter insert is dirty.
Clean or replace the filter insert.
Air inlet or outlet is blocked.
Remove any obstructions and make sure
the ventilation is correct as described in
this user manual and the hose is not too
bent.
Loud sound
The air conditioning unit is not located
on a flat surface.
Place the air conditioning unit on a flat
and stable surface (to reduce noise).
The compressor does not
work
Overheat protection has been activated.
Wait 3 minutes for the temperature to
drop, then switch on the appliance again.
The remote control does
not work
The distance between the appliance and
the remote control is too long.
Move the remote control closer to the air
conditioning unit and make sure that the
remote control is pointed directly in the
direction of the remote control receiver.
The remote control is not aligned with
