OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before the first use
Prior to using a new unit, wipe the inside with a wet cloth for hygienic reasons. Wash all the removable parts
in warm water with a detergent, or in a dishwasher.
Then, heat the unit without food at maximum temperature (250°C) for 30 minutes. You can find the infor-
mation related to the temperature and heating time adjustment in the paragraph Appliance Fundamental
Functions (page 53). The unit may emit a slight smell and smoke, which should disappear after a while. Air the
room well during this process.
Appliance Basic Functions
1. Place a baking tray with food to desired height.
2. Turn the knob (K1) to select desired heating function.
3. Turn the knob (K2) clockwise to set cooking time.
4. Turn the knob (K3) clockwise to set desired temperature.
5. The oven will start operating when the parameters are set (time is optional). When cooking is done,
the timer will return to „0“ position, the oven will turn off and a triple beep sound will occur.
Note:
1. If you do not want to set cooking time, turn the knob (K2) counter clockwise to the „Stay on“ position.
During cooking the timer knob will remain in this position and the oven will be on until the knobs (K1)
and (K3) are set to „0“ position.
2. Always set all knobs to „0“ position, when the oven is not in us.
Correct positioning of the grill or pan in the appliance
The grill or pan must be positioned correctly (at the same height) in the side racks.
Cooling fan
The fan is located on the upper side of the appliance and provides the circulation of cool air in the equip-
ment. The fan switches on automatically when the appliance is switched on. If the baking program ends or is
interrupted by the cooling fan, it remains active until the temperature of the appliance drops below the safe
limit.
