STEP 1

1. 

Open the base box.  

2. 

Remove the 7 Leg Base with Casters attached and place on the floor. 

3. 

Remove the plastic bag containing the Cylinder and Grease Packet from the box. 

4. 

Apply ½ of Grease Packet around the inner surface of the base hub (the hole located in the center 

of the base).  SAVE THE BALANCE OF THE GREASE TO BE USED IN THE CHAIR ASSEMBLY.

5. 

Insert the cylinder into the base making sure it is snug.  

 

NOTE: DO NOT POUND THE CYLINDER INTO THE BASE.

STEP 2

1.  Open the Chair Box and remove the smaller armrest box from inside.

2.  Remove the chair and place it flat on its back.

3.  Remove the plastic bag from the lower portion of the chair and lay the bag on the floor to keep your  

chair clean. NOTE: The Serial Number can be found on the bottom of the Chair Assembly for reference.

4.  Turn the chair over so it is face-down on the plastic bag.

STEP 3

1.  Unthread the Armrest Handwheels from the underside of the seat.

2.  Slide the Left and Right Armrest brackets into their respective slots.

3.  Rethread the Armrest Handwheels into the bottom of the chair, taking care not to strip the threads. If 

properly aligned, the handwheel should turn with little effort.

STEP 4

1. 

Apply the balance of Grease Packet around the inner surface of the Tilt Mechanism where the

 

Cylinder will be placed.

2. 

Place the Chair Assembly onto the Cylinder/Base Assembly from STEP 1.

 

STEP 5

Adjust the Tilt Mechanism, Height and Tension Controls, as well as the Armrest and Lumbar to the desired 

positions
