* Camera is keeping watch any motions.
* When no detect : 3 DNR is working for maximum noise
reduction automatically.
This has HDD save effect of DVR
* When detected motion : 3 DNR deactivate slow motion
capture for moving object.
* Set strength of 2D & 3 DNR.
* Higher value, higher noise reduction.
* If set too high, will be loss shaprness in 2 DNR and will be
have tail effect in 3 DNR
