ON SCREEN DISPLAY (OSD)
ZOOM/FOCUS FROM DVR
The AIR8010-AHD-Z is an a coaxitron controlled zoom camera with auto focus.
There are no manual zoom or focus controls, the camera uses Up the Coax (UTC)
control protocol which sends the zoom commands via the coax cable.
When the camera is connected to a DVR with coaxitron enabled, the DVR will
control the zoom (near/far) commands from the PTZ menu. Use the zoom control in
the menu to set the desire zoom level.
1. Open the PTZ Control or Coaxial
Control menu from a DVR.
2. Press the Iris or OSD Open button to
open the camera OSD.
3. Navigate down to highlight the
EXPOSURE menu.
4. Press RIGHT 3 times, then press ENTER.
5. Under MONITOR OUT, select a
desired video format (AHD, THD/TVI,
CHD/CVI). Then ENTER/APPLY.
Note: Setting CVBS will disable UTC.
Note: Please make sure that Up the
Coax (Coaxitron) PTZ protocol is
enabled for the selected channel on
the DVR
