• Never block the air openings of the appliance or place on

may be blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint and
other debris.
• Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray)
products are being used or where oxygen is being
administered.
• Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
• Do not use an extension cord with this appliance.
• Do not use this appliance if the supply cord is damaged. In the
event of damage, discontinue use immediately and contact
your dealer for instructions on returning it for examination
or exchange.
• After use do not wrap the cord around the appliance as in
time this may cause the cord to fracture. Coil cord loosely by
the side of the appliance in storage.
• Always ensure that the voltage to be used corresponds to the
voltage marked on the unit.
• For additional protection, the installation of a residual current
device (RCD) with a rated operating current not exceeding
30mA is advisable in the electrical current circuit supplying the
bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.

How to use your 38mm Ceramic Instant Heat Tong
Styling versatility is now made even easier.
• Ensure that hair is clean and completely dry before using
the appliance.
• Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet and press the
‘on’ button. Divide hair into equal sections.
• Select the required temperature setting to suit your hair type
and desired style.
Use of the brush sleeve attachment
For softer waves and body use the brush sleeve attachment.
To attach the brush sleeve, slide the sleeve down so that the
arrow on the bottom of the sleeve aligns with the automatic
curl release. The attachment should slide down the barrel and
click into place. To remove simply pull the sleeve off.
CAUTION: Attach and remove the brush sleeve only when the
curling tong is cool. The automatic curl release should not be
pressed unless the brush sleeve attachment has been removed.
How to use the 25 variable temperature settings
The 25 variable temperature settings provide variable heat for
many different hair types. These settings allow you to choose the
required temperature setting according to your particular need.
