PACRCS NOTES:
1)
If frequency selection is optional 1 kHz step size, the number of 1
kHz steps above the base frequency is 7 bytes in length (aaaaaaa).
For DT-4513X converters with 125 kHz frequency step size, the
number of 125 kHz steps above the base frequency is 5 bytes in
length (aaaaa).
2)
If the attenuation is optional 0.1 dB step size, this is the number of
0.1 dB steps above the base frequency
3)
If the converter is a backup converter, it is always ‘A’.
4)
If the converter is the primary converter, gg=P1 or P2 (single or
dual polarity system).
