Step 4: User Setup
A user is the system administrator with the ability to view and edit data. This facility is password
protected. A minimum of one user is required. TimeVision Plus will automatically create one user
for you named
‘MANAGER’ – there is no password for this user.
To set up a new user on the system:

From the main screen, click on ‘Setup’ .

Click on ‘User Setup’ .

From the User Setup screen, click on ‘New’ .
 Enter the user’s name.
 Enter a password.

Change the Access Level to ‘Edit’ .
 Click on ‘Save’ .
You are now registered as a user. Each time you log on, you will be prompted to select your
username and to enter your password.
