implementation of Point-to-Point and Point-to-MultiPoint connections.

An access point acts as Root AP and
several other access point acts as
Transparent Clients.
This mode is generally used for outdoor connections over long distances, or for
indoor connections between local networks.

WP18; and NP18A.
