Upon selection of the
Dhcp Reservation Page
you would see a page similar to the one shown
in Figure 5.1.1.1b. Please enter the
IP address
that you would like to reserve, the
Host Name
or the
Hardware Address
and then click on
Add
. Your new entry would be updated on the list
as shown above. After the modifications, please select
Apply
so that the changes will be saved
and updated.
Hardware address takes precedence over the Host name. The DHCP server
will ignore the Host Name if it finds a match in the Hardware Address.
