Trouble Shooting Guide

SYMPTOM

POSSIBLE CAUSE

REMIDY

Device does not power on

Device is powered but not

booting.

Boot screen does not show up.

Internal flash is corrupted

Check the power connector.

Change the device.

Map software can’t be loaded.

SD card not fully seated or

corrupted.

Check if the SD Card is properly

inserted. Obtain a new Card

with Map software.

Car radio can’t be operated

and status not showing.

Trip board or connection issue.

Check the setting mode and

connector part at first, change

the trip board or main board.

GPS can’t acquire satellites or

delay for long time.

Install position or direction

or GPS ANT issue.

Change the install position or

direction. Change the GPS

module.

Rear camera is not working or

not displayed on the screen.

Camera may have problem or

connector and harness

may have a problem.

Check if camera was connected

to backup wire. Check if transfo

is wrong direction. The R-CAM

connector may be defective or

harness.

Touch screen is not working.

LCD panel or main board may

have problem or out of calibration

Change the screen or main board

or calibrate

If USB file does not recognize. The problem may be caused by

a wrong format or defective USB.

Format properly or replace your

USB device. FAT32 or exFAT

No sound is heard.

Check volume setting first or

connector or harness problem.

Check the car Audio and speaker

volume setting and connector.

Music player is not working

properly.
