All exchanged parts and

this warranty will become 
the property of Compaq. If, 
after repeated efforts, 
Compaq is unable to 
restore the Product to 
good working order, you 
are entitled to a refund of 
the purchase price. 

This Limited Warranty is 
valid only within the 
United States or Canada, 
and within the country in 
which the Hardware 
Product was purchased.

This Limited Warranty 
extends only to Products 
purchased from Compaq 
or from a Compaq 
authorized reseller. 

This Limited Warranty also 
does not extend to any 
Product that has been 
damaged or rendered 
defective (a) as a result of 
accident, misuse, or abuse; 
(b) as a result of an act of 
God; (c) by operation
