Operational Panel
Operation
Adjust the left and right hopper guide to the symbol for the currency you
are using. For example use the “
€
” symbol if you wish to use this device
for counting Euro banknotes. Place the Banknote Counter on an even
surface and avoid direct sunshine. Plug the power cable into the back
of the device and then plug in the electric socket.
If you have purchased an external display, connect it on the back of the
device.
Turn the power switch on, the machine will display the software version
first in the operation panel, then it will perform an initial test. If the test is
successful, the machine will be ready to use. The test will spin the stacker
wheel before allowing it to come to a stop.
If any other symbols are displayed, please handle them according to the
troubleshooting guide.
Restore factory settings
1. Make sure the Banknote Counter is switched off.

Cleaning
It is important to keep the banknote counter clean and clear of any dust and dirt. For best
results we recommend cleaning the machine by using cleaning cards. Failure to do so may
result in faults within the machines capabilities
–
incorrect counting for example.
It is highly recommended
that only approved Safehaus cleaning cards and swabs are used
to clean this banknote counter. Any use of unapproved cleaning tools may invalidate your
warranty.
Failure to clean the machine periodically may also invalidate the warranty.
