TROUBLESHOOTING
Make sure the power (12 to 48 VDC) is ON.
Check LEDs and connections and be sure they are correct.
Perform a ping or loopback test by using CommFront’s Serial-TCP/IP free software (download link:
https://www.commfront.com/pages/downloads
):
1) Connect two or more USW-2203 (SFP) via optical fiber links.
2) Connect one PC to one of the USW-2203 (SFP)’s Ethernet port (RJ45) and run the Serial-TCP
software (act as a Server).
3) Connect another PC to another USW-2203 (SFP)’s Ethernet port (RJ45) and run the Serial-TCP
software (act as a Client).
4) Connect both Serial-TCP software (Client to Server) and then send commands from one side,
and you should receive the same commands on the other side.
