Usage:

Fan Operation:

 Always operate the fan in the upright position 

following all instructions and recommendations listed in this 
manual. 

Fan Location:

 Place the fan in the area of the room that will 

provide proper fan cooling. 

Fan Connection: 

Plug fan directly into 120 volt A.C., 60 Hz 

wall outlet. Be sure plug fits tightly in outlet. A loose connection 
may cause overheating and damage to the plug or fan. 

Note:

 To prevent overloading a circuit, do not plug the fan into a 

circuit that is servicing other electrical needs. 

Turning Fan On/Off:

 Place fan on stable level surface. Plug 

fan into proper grounded outlet. To start the fan, rotate Control 
Dial from “0” (OFF) to desired fan speed (1, 2 or 3). Rotate top 
Control Dial again to “0” (OFF) position to discontinue use. 
Unplug fan when not in use.

Oscillation:

 To start fan oscillation, press Oscillation Control 

Knob (located above motor housing) down. To stop oscillation 
function pull Oscillation Control Knob up while the fan is in any 
oscillation position.

Fan Assembly:

 Simple assembly is required to use this fan.

Assemble Extension Pole onto 
Base by inserting 4 ea. 2-1/2" 
bolts through openings.

Place decorative Chrome 
Flange over Extension Pole to 
cover the base screws.

Attach Front Grille to Rear 
Grille with Hook Clip centered 
on the top above Wire Handle.

Assemble Rear Grille onto 
Motor Housing using screws 
removed in Step 6. Tighten the 
4 screws securely.

Take Fan Motor Housing and 
insert it into Extension Pole 
and tighten set screw securely.

Using washers and nuts 
supplied, tighten Extension 
Pole to Base as shown.

Thread Extension Pole Nut 
onto threads of Extension Pole.

Press remaining Grille Clips 
onto Rear Grille to securely 
attach Front Grille. Do not 
operate fan without Grille  
in place.

Place Fan Blade onto Motor 
Shaft. Notice the flat surface 
on Motor Shaft. Tighten 
set screw securely onto flat 
surface on Motor Shaft.

Remove four mounting screws 
from Motor Housing where 
indicated to use for Rear Grille 
in Step 7.
