Each Door Cam era on t he syst em is able t o operat e and release one
elect ric lock. On a f ull system wit h 2 door cam eras, t he user is able t o
release up to t wo elect ric locks. The syst em can only release one elect ric
lock at a t im e, depending on which door cam era t he call originat ed f rom .
There are t wo door release wiring opt ions t hat work wit h t he Video
Int ercom Syst em.
The syst em can eit her provide a norm ally open dry contact (f igure 1), or
can be conf igured to give power (12V DC 300m A) straight t o an elect ric
lock t hat is wit hin t he power requirem ent s (f igure 2). If you are using
power from t he syst em (f igure 2), It is necessary to use an elect ric lock
t hat requires less t han 300m A of power to engage t he st rike.
