Setting Your Personal Ringing Tones

•

To select one of the ring tones, proceed as follows:

1. Lift handset.

2. Dial

Setting The Do Not Disturb

•

To enable DND, proceed as follows:

1. Lift handset and dial # 0 1.

2. Hang up handset to end.

If allowed by system programming, you can override a do not
disturb condition at another telephone,

1. Make intercom call and hear DND tone.

2. Dial

0 3 (called party will hear several short tone bursts),

3. Wait for reply.
