Communication problem
1. Disconnect and reconnect the internet box
gateway. The two lights on the gateway should be
green and steady.
2. If the gateway has both lights fixed after the
restart and the head continues to display these
pictograms, contact customer service.
Radio range limit
Your thermostatic head is at the limit of radio range, a
repeater may be necessary, contact customer service.
The calibration is
inconsistent
1. Remove the head from the radiator.
2. Remove the batteries for 30s and reinsert them.
3. Observe if the head piston makes a back and forth
movement.If Yes: Remove the batteries. - remount the
head. - Reinsert the batteries to restart the calibration.
- If the error persists, contact customer service.
If No: contact the customer service
The radiator valve has not
been detected during the
calibration.
1. Make sure that the head is properly installed on the
thermostatic body (Tightening, no clearance)
2. Restart the calibration by removing the batteries for
10s and putting them back in.
3. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
