16. Head Calibration and Alignment
Accurate mechanical alignment is the key for achieving good print quality. In case of misalignment, the
Print Heads have to be adjusted manually using tools and the alignment should be re-verified iteratively
until the heads are perfectly aligned.
Note: -
Magnifying lens and torch is must to observe carefully the alignment patterns. Viewing through
naked eye may not give you precise results and will affect the print quality.
To open the
Calibration Wizard
,
click
on the
Maintenance
→
Calibration
path and then, click on the
Calibration Wizard
button, as shown below:
