5. Unloading and Unpacking
Packing Details
TXF is shipped in an iron cage and base called
"Pallet "
, wrapped in three layers with antistatic moisture
locked plastic covers. The packing and unpacking dimensions with weight are given as follow:

The machine is fixed at four corners of the
Pallet
with a set of four bolts (replacing the leveler fitting
holes), each assuring a firm grip while transporting the machine. Tub along with trolley, supply and take
up pipes, water tank will be enclosed with the machine.
Tools Requirements
The following tools are required to unload the machine:

Fork lift
•
Crane
•
Cutter
•
Spanner 10mm
•
Spanner 18mm
Unload the Machine
Follow these steps to unload the machine:
Step 1:
Tied the machine using ropes/slings for making a perfect balance for lifting.
Step 2:
Machine should be kept on leveled and cleaned surface or floor.
Step 3:
Unload the machine using the container or lorry.
Now, the machine gets unloaded.
Unpack the Machine
Follow these steps to unpack the machine:
Step 1:
Unload the machine in a perfectly leveled or even surface.
Step 2:
Remove the 6mm bolts and 10mm nuts from the pallet joints to separate the upper part from the
lower part.
Step 3:
Remove the upper cage of the pallet by lifting with the help of crane.
