4. Site Requirements
Environmental Requirements
The printer should be installed in a clean, dust-free environment, with temperature and relative humidity
range which are given as below:

Room Requirements
The room requirements are given as follow:
•
Room dimensions (Length x Width x Height) should be 22'x18'x12' (Feet)
•
Room temperature should be maintained in range 20-28 Degree Celsius with humidity 60-70% RH
Note:
Printer is equipped with dryers thus it may raise the room temperature.
•
Room should be closed dirt-free
•
Cool Day White lighting should be used for proper color balance
•
Water inlet and outlet pipe fittings 1” BSP
•
Recommended RO water supply
•
Ball Cock should be fitted at the Water inlet in water tank
•
Float Valve fitting inside reservoir is recommended
•
Water Inlet should be 20LPM (Liters Per Minute)
Drainage Tubing ID should be minimum of 25mm
Power Requirements
The power requirements are given as follow:
•
Power requirements must be 220V, 24A Single Phase 50Hz (Three Phase Load Distribution)
•
1nos. 16 Amp power cords should be required
•
2nos. 6 Amp power outlet are required for print engine and computer system.
•
Three Phase connection should be required to balance the load of heaters in each phase
