Important
The wheels must always be fitted before the radiator is used.
Fit the wheels as far apart as possible, as shown in the figure.
1. Turn the radiator upside down and place it on a soft and level surface. Make sure
that it is able to stand upright, or get someone to hold it while you fit the wheels.
Do not be alarmed if you hear oil moving around inside the radiator, this is quite normal.
2. Hold the wheel plate between two of the fins but sticking out at the side of
the radiator to enable you to push the hooked end of the U-bolt through one of
the holes in the plate.
3. Slide the wheel plate back to the centre of the radiator so that the U-bolt encircles
the round bar running the length of the radiator.
• For extra safety, all electrical products connected to the mains
should be run through an RCD for personal safety. The RCD
should be rated to trip at: Tripping current 30 mA.
• This radiator is filled with a precise quantity of special oil.
Repairs requiring opening of the oil container are only to be
made by the manufacturer or their service agent who should
be contacted if there is an oil leak.
• When scrapping the heater, follow the regulations concerning
the disposal of oil. Do not dispose of the heater in household
waste and recycle the heater where local facilities exist for
electrical goods and oil.
Note:
Never cover the heater. If covered, there is a risk of
overheating or even fire.
