14.0 Service
The 4220HD series is designed for long-term unattended use and contains no user-serviceable parts. In the
event of product failure, the system should be removed from the site and returned to an authorized service
center for repair.

14.1 Maintenance
The 4220HD series maintenance requirements are minimal, requiring only occasional exterior cleaning as
described below:
Non-Optical Surfaces
Clean the exterior dome enclosure as deemed necessary (likely for aesthetic, not operational
purposes). Use a soft cloth and commercially available foaming cleaner for metal/painted surfaces.
Optical Surfaces
Clean the dome systems spherical window as needed. Use a soft non-abrasive cloth, such as terry
cloth or microfiber cloth, and a foaming glass cleaner.
