Caution: Yellow LED (8) flashes 3 times when emitting code change has not been considered or has an error. In this
case, repeat the previous operation.
To change your code, open the safe box.
Press twice "0" and press the RESET button (2).
Once the yellow LED (8) lights, repeat step B. above.
4. OPENING AND USING THE SAFE BOX
To open the safe box:
A. Enter your code (3 to 8 characters). Each entry is confirmed by a beep and the flashing yellow LED.
B. Confirm your code by pressing "A" or "B" (or "C / #" or "B / #" depending on model).
C. The green LED (7) lights up and then you have 5 seconds to open the door by turning the opening knob clockwise.
Warning: the predefined user code is "159". If the yellow LED flashes emitting three beeps, enter this code.
To close the safe box:
Close the door and turn the knob anticlockwise.
Warning: After 3 wrong codes entering, a warning beep will start continuously for 20 seconds. The keypad is locked
meanwhile the beep is emitted.
To stop the beep, you need to open the safe box with an emergency key and turn off the power by removing the
batteries.
5. EMERGENCY OPENING
In the case of misuse, a malfunction of the circuit or forgotten code, emergency opening is possible with a key.
A. Remove the cover from the emergency lock (5) between the button and the keyboard.
B. Insert the key into the lock and turn it anticlockwise (to the left) while turning the opening knob to the right to open
the safe.
You can open the safe box manually in this way at any time.
6. INSTALLING THE CHEST
To reduce the risk of theft, it is advisable to fix the safe box to a wall or furniture. Holes are provided on the back side
and bottom of the safe box.
Mark the location of each hole pre-positioning your safe to the desired location. Remove the safe. Drill the holes and
choose plugs and screws suitable for the material (plaster, concrete, brick, wood, etc.). Place again your safe box and
tighten it securely.
Warning: The safe box must be installed horizontally.
