Linealed Stick
is essentially made of semiconductor components so it requires specialized personal from
installation to manteinance; please refer to your authorised
Coemar
service centre for any maintenance
or installation issues.
Fire prevention
1.
Do not install the device on flammable surfaces.
2.
Minimum distance from flammable materials: 0,1 m.
3.
Minimum distance from the closest object being illuminated: 0,1 m.
Preventing electric shock
1.
Do not handle the product with wet hands or in a wet environment.
2.
The fixture should never be located in an exposed position, or in areas of extreme humidity.
Safety
1.
Always install the projector using screws and plastic washers. Avoid to enlarge fixing holes.
2.
Never install the projector in an environement lacking constant ventilation or where the ambient
temperature exceeds 35°C.
3.
The external surfaces of the projector, in specific positions, may exceed 60°C. Never touch the sur-
face until at least 2 minutes has elapsed since the leds have been switched off.
4.
Never touch leds or electronic components with hands or other tools.
Warranty conditions
1.
The fixture is guaranteed for a period of 12 from the date of purchase against manufacturing or
materials defects.
2.
The warranty does not extend to damage caused by inappropriate usage or use by inexperienced
operators.
3.
The warranty is immediately void if the projector has been operated or dismantled by unauthorised
personnel.
4.
The warranty does not extend to fixture replacement.
CE norms
The projector meets or exceeds all applicable CE requirements.
Mechanical installation
LineaLed Stick
may be installed only in closed environments or in external installations where it is pro-
tected from direct weather. It may be installed on the ground, suspended or ceiling mounted in any posi-
tion.
Linealed Stick
must be fixed only on rigid and straight surfaces, avoiding to bend it.
The connection must be done following to this table.
Channels have to be supplied through an electronic stabilized ballast that must provide 24V dc.
It is possible to build up a serial chain made of LineaLed Stick linking the single fixtures by free connec-
tors respecting the correct polarity. We recommend to use cables with adequate section regarding the
power source and the number of the fixture the chain is made of.

Linealed Stick is made of semiconductor components and can reach high temperatures regar-
ding the place where it is installed; in order to avoid the risk of damaging it, it is recommen-
ded to measure the temperature of the led at maximum power until the value is stabilized;
if the value goes over 60°C (140°F) Linealed Stick must be coupled to an adequate heat sink
device or under a forced ventilation that keep the right temperature.
If the heat sink option has
been choosen, we strongly reccomend to insulate the connectors on the bottom (see figure ) of the fix-
ture or put the heatsinks between the connectors leaving them uncovered. Always use thermoconduc-
