Assembly and Preparing for Use – Illustrations 2 - 6
Unpacking:
Remove the mower from the box by pulling the machine out form the side. The box contains:
1 x mower
4 x wing nut set consisting of wing nuts, Handlebar with bolts and washers.
(See illustration 2)
Warning: Ensure that cables are not pinched.
Assembly of handlebar: Illustration 3
1. Attach the wing nut from the inside of the side bracket and into the lower handlebar.
2. Attach the upper handlebar on the lower. Fasten with wing nut from the inside of the
handlebar.
3. Adjust the cable and secure with cable clamps
4. Attach the safety bumper with the bolt and nuts provided.
Mounting the engine brake cable: Illustration 4
1. Gently push the top handlebar forward
2. Insert the engine brake cable from the outside, into the hole in the bracket on the handlebar
and lock.
Mounting the drive cable: Illustration 4
1. Gently push the lower handlebar downward
2. Insert the drive cable from the inside, into the hole in the bracket on handlebar and lock.
