Good advice
To obtain the best results and avoid problems during every
day use, it is advisable to follow the good advice below.
In general:
- Do not remove a battery from the controller until at least 2
seconds after the last actuator is stopped. Otherwise, the
chair must be calibrated by holding the two lower buttons
down until the chair’s position is at the bottom.
- If the safety thermostat in the battery is activated by over-
load, the battery must cool for at least half an hour before
it can be used again. After 1 minute, a new battery can be
inserted into the controller.
- If two or more actuators running in parallel are driven at
an angle, the control will shut down. In this case, the chair
must be calibrated by holding down the two lower buttons
on the remote control until the chair is in the bottom posi-
tion, and thus calibrated.
Batteries:
- When storing the product without use, charge the battery
at least once every 12 months.
- The battery life can be extended by occasionally charging
it even if it is not fully discharged.
- If the battery is below the critical level and the system
shuts down, at least 1 minute must pass before another
battery is inserted and the system can be used.
Troubleshooting
If problems or irregularities occur, the following points
should be reviewed in consultation with a technician.
- Make sure that all connectors are properly seated in the
control and at the actuators, remote control, as well as
between battery and control.
- If the actuators cannot run, a 0-point calibration should be
carried out by holding down the two lower buttons of the
remote control until the chair is in the bottom position and
thereby calibrated.

When charging, the yellow diode flashes on the battery.
- For remedial action, unplug the power cord, wait 2
minutes, and plug it in again.

If all diodes are flashing, there is a fault on the chair and it
must be reset.
All actuators must be run in their “Reset”, if possible.
