| XXL-Rehab Comfort foam mattress
Use
The XXL-Rehab Comfort foam mattress is designed to
provide support and security for a person with a weight of
up to 325 kg. The mattress can be used for treatment of
pressure relief up to grade 2.
If users are weighing more than 325 kg there is a risk that
the mattress will break or take damage.
Description
The XXL-Rehab Comfort foam mattress is made of two
different layers of high quality foam: the base layer is a HD
(56Kg/m3) polyurethane foam 15 cm thick. It is manufactu-
red using our patented spring foam technique, based on the
distribution of foam springs, which compose the core of the
mattress, working independently and distributing the body
weight. Recommended by specialists, the system maintains
the vertebral spine in the most similar position to an upright
position. The system offers a heterogeneous pressure
distribution avoiding capillary occlusion. This system avoids
mattress deformation and helps to support weights up to
325 kg. The top layer is made of SANITIFOAM
®
viscoelastic
foam, it is viscous, very soft to the skin and thermo-sensitive.
This top viscoelastic layer is 3 cm thick and varies the hard-
ness depending on the specific areas that it is placed (pink
or white). Pink viscoelastic foam (harder) is placed in the
coxal area to distribute the weight in a better way.
Tough and Undistortable: It adapts to the body shape using
the body temperature and helping to a uniform pressure
distribution.
Anti-allergenic: 100% free of harmful substances. 100% latex
free.
Breathable: Open pore manufacturing process allows grea-
ter levels of aeration, preventing humidity and the presence
of mites and other microbes.
Prevention of pressure ulcers (pu): Body weight distribution
minimizes the pressures on the skin allowing unrestricted
blood for preventing the appearance of ulcers caused by
pressure (pu).
Articulated: This Sanitary Mattress entirely adapts to any
kind of Sanitary Bed due to its sectioning design.
Description of cover
The mattress comes covered with an elastic Dhalia fabric
cover: 100% polyester coated with PU. The bottom part is
made with an antislip beige fabric for preventing the move-
ment of the sanitary mattress on the bed.
In addition, the cover is waterproof, antiallergenic, breatha-
ble, antiacaruses and fireproof.
Before use
Place the mattress on the bed. The XXL-Rehab Comfort
foam mattress must always be used with the cover zipped
correctly.
During use
The mattress can be turned horizontally in the bed to pro-
long the life of the mattress.
Inspect the mattress on a regular basis to ensure optimal
effect.

To ensure proper use of the XXL-Rehab Comfort foam
mattress, please read these instructions thoroughly
before using the product. In doing so, pay particular
attention to the warning notes marked with .
Also remember that in order to prevent the risk of
injury to the user, the mattress may be operated only by
trained caregivers or aides or by individuals who have
been instructed in its proper use.
This product should not be used without proper
instruction from a healthcare professional.
Using the product for individuals weighing more than
the maximum weight-bearing capacity may pose a risk
for damaging the product.
