Troubleshooting

This section provides general troubleshooting information and specific 
symptom/corrective action for the 9980-CSC-3G card and its remote control 
interface. The 9980-CSC-3G card requires no periodic maintenance in its 
normal operation; if any error indication (as described in this section) occurs, 
use this section to correct the condition. 

Error and Failure Indicator Overview

The 9980-CSC-3G card itself and its remote control systems all (to varying 
degrees) provide error and failure indications. Depending on how the 
9980-CSC-3G card is being used (i.e, standalone or network controlled 
through DashBoard™ or a Remote Control Panel), check all available 
indications in the event of an error or failure condition.

The various 9980-CSC-3G card and remote control error and failure 
indicators are individually described below.

error indicators. For specific failures, also use the appropriate subsection 
listed below.
