STEP 3 Attach the side stretchers and stretcher bar to the assembled piece from
step 2, using flat washer, lock washer and bolt with allen wrench. Place the top panel
upside down on a soft surface, then attach the assembled base using flat washer,
lock washer and bolt with allen wrench.
