STEP 3 Attach the BASE and the LEG as shown by using FLAT WASHER, LOCK
WASHER and BOLT -LARGE with ALLEN WRENCH.

STEP 4 Place the top panel upside down on a soft surface, then attach the
assembled piece from step 3 using flat washer, lock washer, and bolt-small with allen
wrench.
