• Do not lay the power cable on roads, bike paths, etc. where there is a risk
for damage.
•
Caution:
Never use a shorter connecting hose that 6 metres (1/2
″
hose).
The hose buffers possible pressure surges in the water lines and protects
the pressure washer and allows it work smoothly.
•
Caution:
When water streams from the lance backfire occurs, therefore it is
important to hold it steady with both hands while standing in a balanced position.
• Never point the water jet at people, animals, the pressure washer itself or any other
electrical equipment.
• Use protective glasses since water and particles can spray back towards you
when pointing the water jet against an object.
•
Caution:
Turn off the pressure washer and pull the plug if you take a longer pause
from the job. Do not leave the machine on while unattended.
3.3 Adjusting the nozzle
Make sure that the pressure washer is correctly assembled. Point the lance towards
the surface to be cleaned, press the trigger and turn on the motor with
the power button (1).
The water jet’s width can be adjusted by turning the nozzle’s front portion, see figure
(not valid for the turbo lance).
3.4 Turning off after use
1. Press
0
on the power switch.
2. Shut off the water tap.
3. Minimise the pressure on the remaining water in the pump and hose
by pressing the trigger for a few seconds or as long as it takes for all the water to
run out of the nozzle.
4. Unplug the plug from the wall socket.
5. Loosen the pressure hose from the washer, Press in the handle into the hose reel
and wind in the hose.
