Continuous drainage
When the unit is used in a room with high humidity, the water tank will need to be emptied
frequently and it might be more practical to set the unit up for continuous drainage.
Procedure:
1. Remove the drain hole plug
(hole A) on the back of the unit
and connect a drain hose with
and internal diameter of 12 mm.
NOTE!
A drain hose is not
included.
2. Remove the water tank and use
the plug from hole A to plug the
drain hole in the tank (hole B).
3. Replace the water tank.
NOTE:
If the dehumidifier is set to MAX for continuous operation and placed on a sloping
floor, it must be aligned so that the corner with the drain hole is at the lowest point.
Otherwise there is a risk of the water leaking out.
NOTE!
Make sure that the water runs freely through the hose and that it is firmly attached.
In case of cold weather, make sure the drain hose does not freeze.
