6.1  Install Seat Slat#1 (10) tight against the Back Uprights (4) and secure with 

2-½

" deck screws.

6.2  Working away from Seat Slat #1 install the full size Seat Slats (11) on the seat frame.
6.3  Working away from Seat Slat #1 install the full size Seat Slats (11) up the backrest.

TIP:  
Placing 1/8" spacers between the seat slats while driving the screws will ensure even gaps between boards.
