The
Seat Frame
can be held in a stationary
position by sliding the lever at the front down to
lock, or up to release.
Clip the
Toy Bar
to the top of the
Seat Frame
.

Guide the shaft on the
Seat Frame
into the
mounting opening on the
Lower Frame
.
Ensure it locks into place.
Place the
Lower Frame
on a level surface.
