When the cutoff pulse is forced by the INTP0 pin or an ELC input event, this bit becomes "1" and is not
automatically cleared. Therefore, to stop the forced cutoff pulse, you must write "0" to this bit during the stop
count (TSTARTi=0). Even writing "1" to the TMSHUTS bit in active mode forces the cutoff pulse.
