Peripheral enable register 1 (PER1).
The PER1 register is a register that is set to allow or disable clocks to each peripheral hardware. Reduce
power consumption and noise by stopping clocking hardware that is not in use.
To use DMA, bit3 (DMAEN) must be set to "1".
The PER1 register is set via the 8-bit memory operation instruction. After generating a reset signal, the
value of this register changes to "00H".
