General safety information for electrical tools
Safety in the workplace
• Keep working areas clean and well-illuminated.
Disorder or poorly illuminated work areas can lead to accidents.
• Do not work with electrical tools in potentially explosive environments in which flammable
liquids, gases or dusts occur.
Electrical tools generate sparks that may ignite dusts or vapours.
• Keep children and other persons away when using electrical tools.
Distraction may cause you to lose control of the device.
Make sure that there are no other people, especially children, in the immedi-
ate vicinity.
Keep the mains cable out of reach of the steel prongs.
