Terms of Warranty
CM Comandos Lineares
ensures the functioning of the equipment for a period of
12 months, starting on the issuing of the Purchase DANFE (
Electronic Invoice
Auxiliary Document
) by the first owner.
The additional warranty period will be extended as set forth by the DANFE or
described in the Commercial Proposal and Order Confirmation
– documents issued
with the Equipment Sales Contract.
During this period, the equipment supplied will enjoy technical assistance from
CM
Comandos Lineares
and its accredited technical representatives, void of costs on
parts and labor for repairs to proven manufacturing or material defects, as long as
installed by qualified personnel of accredited business and run in accordance with
the Owner´s Manual, under normal operational and usage conditions.
CM Comandos Lineares
offers maintenance services and technical assistance in
laboratory and servicing
in loco
through maintenance centers throughout the
country, making available to the clients a well trained team of call center service,
technicians and analysts capable of handling any support request with efficiency
and speed.
Equipment with
onsite
warranty, specified in the Sales Contract, will have
in loco
servicing, at the client´s premises, limited to the availability of the nearest
maintenance center, located in a 30km radius from downtown, except if otherwise
specified in the equipment Sales Contract.
Onsite technical visits must be schedules through our call center, confirmed by
email, under availability. The servicing may be carried out in commercial days and
hours.
The warranty will be waived under the following situations:
Under proven modification of the manufacturer´s original characteristics,
alteration of original components or seal violation of the safety and protection
devices.
If the equipment Identification Label has been adulterated, changed or erased,
inexistent, or hinders its Serial Number identification.
If the damage has been caused by incorrect move and currier damage,
incorrect handling or storage.
In the presence of damage due to negligence or operational errors, bad use or
improper usage of the equipment.
Damage caused by wrong installation, inadequate application, abuse or
operation outside the technical norms, usage or anomalies outside the
equipment Technical Specifications, such as: continuous overload, i.e.,
consumption above its capacity, powered under wrong voltage from the one
specified in the Identification Label, improper installation place, damage
caused by aggressive environment outside the Technical Specifications, etc.
