VEHICLE CONTROLLER
Electric vehicles are equipped with Solid State Speed Controllers. In order to properly service and maintain
the Solid State Speed Controller vehicle, it is necessary to understand the electrical circuitry and the func-
tions of all components in the system. Therefore, if any repair or service is required, Club Car recommends
that it be performed by an authorized Carryall distributor/dealer using Club Car OEM parts.
CLEANING THE VEHICLE
Transportation vehicles are equipped with Armorflex® front bodies and either Amorflex or all-aluminum rear
bodies. Some models also have aluminum cargo beds. Use only mild dishwashing liquid soap with a sponge
or soft cloth for normal cleaning.
See following CAUTION and NOTE
.
Battery acid, fertilizers, tars, asphalt, creosote, paint, or chewing gum should be removed immediately to pre-
vent possible stains. Because the finish on the vehicle is the same as the finish on today’s automobiles, com-
mercial automotive cleaning products may be used.
The seats of the vehicle will last longer with proper cleaning. Use a solution of 10% liquid dish soap and
warm water applied with a soft cloth. For imbedded dirt, a soft bristle brush may be used. For heavy soiling or
difficult stains, see Section 4 of the Maintenance and Service Manual.
Also, for scratches, blemishes, or other body damage, see Section 4 of the Maintenance and Service Manual.
