Slide the flip arm(s) on to the arm post. Insert
the 1-3/4" hex bolt through the hole at the end
of the arm post. Using a socket wrench and
7/16" wrench, secure the 1-3/4" bolt with the Nyloc nut.
If not already attached, install the adjustment
handle and tighten until the handle is parallel to
the floor.
FOR SAFETY PURPOSES, TAKE TIME TO CHECK ALL SCREWS,
BOLTS AND NUTS TO INSURE THAT THEY ARE SECURELY
TIGHTENED AND THAT THE CHAIR HAS BEEN PROPERLY
ASSEMBLED ACCORDING TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS.

Attach the completed right arm post and the left
arm post to chair frame by using the black star
knobs.
(For models with a drawer)
Remove plastic
drawer from drawer box.
Slide the flat metal top
of the post in the slot on the side of the drawer
box and attach the drawer box to the right arm post using
four (4) 3/4" pan head bolts and four washers.
Re-insert the plastic drawer.
