instructions on how to properly assemble your equipment.

INTENDED USE

Clinton treatment table, model 6190 & 6096, is specifically 
designed and engineered for the use by a single person  
at a time, who is attended to and observed by trained  
medical/physical therapy personnel. Never leave anyone  
on the table unattended. Person’s weight and the 
combination of force exerted on the table during treatment 
is not to exceed a total of 600 lbs.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR BARIATRIC TREATMENT TABLE  

MODEL 6190 & 6196

MAXIMUM WEIGHT CAPACITY 600 LBS

Fasten with a washer an 5/16" nut, using a 
socket wrench and a 5/16" wrench.
Repeat steps 1 & 2  for all six legs.

Invert top and 
insert wooden legs 
into brackets on 

the frame aligning holes in 
legs with holes in brackets.
Make certain the bolt inserts 
for attaching the leg braces 
on the corner legs face toward 
the inside of the table. Insert 
4" hex head bolts with a 
washer through frame, legs 
and bracket.
