The evaporative cooling air cooler is a very economical German refrigeration method. This
product makes full use of the principle of “evaporation and cooling” and use a wet curtain as an
evaporator. It not only has a good cooling effect, but also filters dust from the air and improves
air quality. To prevent secondary pollution, the principle of cooling is, through the fan’s
ventilation, negative pressure is generated in the machine, and the water pump sends the
water to the water to the upper water filter, and the water is filtered twice and enters the
water separator. Example (Figure 3) The water evenly wets the surface of the entire curtain,
and the special angle of the curtain allows the water to flow directly to the side where the air
enters the wind. The hot air passes through the curtain that is wetted by water and absorbs a
large amount of heat in the air, so that the curtains passes through the wet curtain. After the
temperature of the air cools down, the fan’s rapid rotation causes the wind to produce a
cohesive force through the specially designed air duct, thus achieving the effect of farther
blowing distance and greater wind pressure, making the sent air cool, moist and fresh. The
unevaporated water falls back into the chassis and forms a water circuit.
