Removing the 3G Module
3G Module Removal Procedure
1. Turn off the computer, turn it over to remove the keyboard ( page 2 - 5 ) and battery ( page 2 - 6 ).
2. Locate the module, it is visible at point

.
3. Carefully disconnect the cables & , and then remove the screw from the module ( Figure 7b ) .
4. The module will pop-up

5. Lift the module up and off the computer ( Figure 7d ) .
6. Reverse the process to install a new module (do not forget to replace all the screws and bottom cover).

a. Locate the module.
b. Disconnect the cables and
remove the screw.
c. The module will pop-up.
d. Lift the module up off the
socket.
